Ramdhura, located at Kalimpong district offers a wide, panoramic view of the snow peaks of Kanchenjunga along with the view down the valley. The River Teesta can be seen flowing with all its force and power. The streams of the Teesta can be seen from that altitude resembling like that of white, glittering band laid in between the valleys.

Dello, Rishop, Pedong can be easily traversed from Ramdhura which are at a very close proximity.
A small place/village very near to Ramdhura towards Rampo is the offbeat destination called Icche Gaon.
The place is a solitude piece of land in the midst of nature with all the natural elements around unlike that of town/city. Icche Gaon is basically a small village with a population of around 150 families residing at the village. The roads taking us to the interior of the village offers a stunning ambiance of the location. The place filled with Cardamon plantation and Cinchona plantation is a famous location site for the tourist. Their main source of income is tourism. Few of them also works in the forest department of the area.
This offbeat location is very isolated from the rest of the world. And its rustic, earthy, raw essence can be greatly felt and experienced by the one’s staying in the city culture.

How To Reach
Visitors can take a cab or shared cabs from Siliguri to Kalimpong. With a distance of 15 kms from Kalimpong one leads to Ramdhura. The tourists can even take reserved cars directly to Ramdhura.
